Welcome to Kidzio. By accessing our website or downloading our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. License & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Kidzio on personal iOS devices solely for educational, non-commercial purposes:

  • The license covers use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the application's source code, assets, or graphics.

2. Safety & Child Protection

Kidzio is designed with dedicated safe boundaries for young users. In accordance with our safety policy:

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for managing appropriate screen limits and settings.
  • No tracking coordinates or chat features exist inside the application, ensuring that children cannot be contacted by third parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos, vector icons, game titles, soundtrack assets, gameplay designs, and visual graphics (including the Draco mascot and custom layout designs) are the intellectual property of Shiv Gorakh Enterprise:

  • All assets are protected by trademark and copyright laws.
  • Using our brand graphics without express written consent from Shiv Gorakh Enterprise is strictly prohibited.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability

The application and website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Shiv Gorakh Enterprise is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
