Kidzio is engineered specifically for young children, toddlers, and families. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) guidelines:
- We do not request, collect, or store any personal identifiers from children.
- We do not track location coordinates or internet addresses.
- We do not integrate any third-party marketing networks, advertisements, or profiling SDKs.
2. 100% Offline Processing
All core gameplay tracks (Alphabet Path, Number Hunt, Color Land, Shape Quest) operate entirely offline. This means:
- No data is transmitted to remote databases or servers.
- All speech recognitions, audio synthesized voiceovers, and touch inputs remain inside your device sandboxed memory.
- The app runs securely without cell data or Wi-Fi connectivity.
3. Information Collection & Usage
We do not collect any personal data. If you contact our support team directly via email (support.sgebharat@gmail.com) or submit a bug request on our GitHub tracker:
- We use your email address solely to respond to your support request.
- We do not share, sell, or rent your email address to marketing teams.
- Once your support ticket is resolved, you may request deletion of all associated email threads.
